If I list through Trinity, will my listing be a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listing?
This is not a For Sale By Owner listing. Since we are a real estate brokerage, this is technically an MLS listing, but our services give you the flexibility to treat your listing like an FSBO listing.

Selling
When should I expect to have my listing activated?
Once all required paperwork is completed and listing photos are submitted to Trinity Properties, your MLS listing can be activated within 24 hours. This rapid turnaround ensures your property gains immediate exposure to potential buyers. However, it's essential to note that while your listing may be live on the MLS within this timeframe, it may take additional time for your property to appear on third-party real estate websites, such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin. Typically, these platforms update their listings within 1 to 3 days after the MLS listing becomes active. To expedite the process, ensure that all required documents are submitted properly completed and in a prompt manner, and that listing photos meet the platform's specifications. If you have any concerns or need assistance during this process, please don't hesitate to contact Trinity Properties for support.
What is required of me whenever I accept a contract on my home?
All we need is your expected closing date and the buyer agent’s full name! Whenever your homes closes, we’ll need you to send us your Settlement Statement to close out your listing and to stay within compliance with MLS.
Can I cancel my listing at any point in the listing?
The only time you can’t release (cancel) your listing is if it’s under contract. Other than that, you can release your listing at any point while it's active with no hidden fees!
Are lock boxes included with the listing?
Lock boxes are only included in the Gold Package, but you can buy either the Puroma or a Master Lock for reasonable prices!

Getting pre-approved for a mortgage so we know what your budget for buying is a great place to start. We can help you there by getting you connected with our preferred lenders
Do I need to be pre-approved before looking at homes?
No but we’d definitely recommend it. It helps you understand what a realistic price range is for your home search.
How much would you recommend for a down payment?
Down payments can vary depending on the loan type and your financial situation, but we would recommend anywhere from 3-20%
How long does it take to go through the home buying process?
It varies depending on the offer, but on average it can take anywhere from 30-60 days to close on your home once the offer is accepted.
